Return Policy PUZZLES
Replacement for damaged puzzle pieces and back of box receive full refund or replacement. Please email email@example.com with pictures of the received damaged box or missing puzzle pieces within 7 days of receiving.
In order to receive a return or replacement, all items must be returned in original condition (except for items with manufacturing defects, missing pieces, or damaged during shipment), in the original manufacturer's packaging, and with all original contents included.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition (except for items with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment).
We accept returns on unopened puzzles that are initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a full refund (less the original cost of shipping), the puzzle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Policy MERCHANDISE
NO Refunds or Returns on merchandise. However, a replacement for the arrival of damaged items can be exchanged for the same or lesser-value items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, pic or description of the damaged item, and the item size you would like to replace the damaged goods with.
